Fall Call 2017

Every year, my all male acapella group hosts an event known as “Fall Call’ where we invite groups from all around New York State to perform with us in a halloween themed invitational. As it was my final year in this group, I decided to go above and beyond with the advertisements for the event, creating illustrated portraits for each of the members as well as a poster to showcase all the illustration in one place. My final contribution to this project was creating a simple new logo to replace our outdated one, which will hopefully find use for many years to come.

At the time of creation, each individual portrait acted as a profile picture on every member's Facebook accounts, along with a short call to action asking anyone who is friends with them to come out to the invitational.

As a supplement to my work, I recorded myself drawing a single portrait. Each of these took me anywhere between thirty minutes and two hours to complete.

Finally, I created a simple logo for the group that was clean and modern, matching the minimalist style of the illustrations. Hopefully this logo will be useful to the group for years to come.
